As an American, 95% of my audience is American too. The PTO Dashboard and my resources lean to an American audience, it's true.
But that doesn't mean PTO don't exist for Africans, too!
I made this resource to prove it. I've gathered all of the travel scholarships, travel grants, international fellowships, international study abroad opportunities, etc. and did further research to create this ultimate database of resources and application links for African nationals to apply to.
